The liver, kidneys, and bladder are important organs, but people often ignore them in the long run, and they can end up biting them in the back.

7. Exercise your liver.
There are some exercises that can help the liver as well. You can feel the liver pressing up and under your ribs on the right side. You can press, rub, or gently hit it 100 times a day to keep it healthy.
Additionally, you can also try torso wrapping, where you turn your torso from left to right about 15 times on each side, to help your liver. As we saw above, daily stretching exercises, performed 5 hours per week, can work out a world of wonders for your liver.
6. Try Kegel exercises for your bladder
It might surprise you that there are ways you can help your bladder, but there are ways. Dr. Arnold Kegel developed these pelvic exercises in 1948 to help women suffering from urinary incontinence, especially after childbirth or menopause.
If done regularly, it can help prevent bladder leakage. It’s simple, just tighten your pelvic floor muscles and then relax them, hold each for 10 times, do 30 of them, 10 while standing, 10 while sitting, 10 while lying down. Do this procedure 3 times a day, which adds up to 90 contractions a day.
Make sure your bladder is empty before having it. And since no one can see you doing this, you can do these exercises while going through your daily routine.
5. Try a 2-day kidney cleanse!
Once you have already incorporated these health tips into your daily lifestyle, a really good cleaning can work wonders. Here is a sample of the two-day cleanse. Remember to consult your doctor or medical professional about changes to your diet to make sure the cleanse is right for you.
Breakfast: For your first meal of the day, try drinking a simple smoothie with fruit such as beet juice with dried cranberries or juice, preferably spinach.
Lunch: For lunch, you can try another smoothie. If you don’t want to drink the first two meals of the day, you can also eat hot millet cereal instead, adding your favorite fruit to it.

However, food is not your enemy, there are plenty of foods that you can add to your diet to help reduce toxins in your body. These include drinks like green tea, ginger tea, and purified water. Adding more fruits and vegetables to your diet, especially cranberries and brown seaweed, can help in this regard.
