2. Constipation

if you had constipation for more than three weeks, and if you feel pain during defecation, it might be diverticulitis, which is small inflamed pouches inside your colon, or Irritable Bowel Syndrome, a complicated disease in which this symptom is associated with things like bloating, pain, gas, and diarrhoea. Sometimes, a proper diet can remedy this, but if it’s ignored for a long time, it may need surgery.

3. Diarrhoea

if your bowel movements (or stools) are loose and watery, your colon isn’t working properly, it’s not absorbing water and other substances, and it is inflamed. Multiple colon diseases are associated with diarrhea, like diverticulitis, Irritated Bowel Syndrome, and Crohn’s disease.
If it lasts for longer than 24 hours call your doctor, he may prescribe a colonoscopy to exclude more serious diseases and cancer.

Different shapes, colors, and smells of stools indicates if we are healthy. Unusual shapes such as the shape of a thin pencil can indicate cancer. Chestnut-coloured stools may indicate blood inside the digestive system, especially if it is nearly reddish-black in colour. If it is pale and oily, it may be due to the inability of the pancreas or colon to absorb the fat. Excessive mucus in the stool can indicate an infection, as in Crohn’s disease. Understanding an unusual stool error is mandatory to obtain the appropriate medication or surgery as quickly as possible

6. Intestinal gas

Too much and smelly gas means that there’s something in your colon has not worked properly(digested or absorbed),. It can be due to a lack of good bacteria, or abnormal intestinal movements, or inflammation
It’s important to understand if it’s due to eating certain foods like cabbage, cheese, prunes, pears, or if it’s a symptom of colon disease.

We suffer from a deficiency of nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. If the colon isn’t working correctly, It can make us feel tired. If you suddenly become exhausted after daily activities, it may be due to colitis or Crohn’s disease, or it could even indicate cancer.
